He is survived by: his wife Sandy Carlson (Pendleton); his daughters, Shantel Billington (Tom) of Earlham, IA, Jodi Fort (Shawn Johnson) of Essex, IA and Lindsay Fichter (Ryan) of Norfolk, NE; and his brothers, Phil Carlson (Kendra) of Valparaiso, NE and Steve Carlson (Phyllis) of Bethesda, IA.
