He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Madison and Maytha Madison (Martin). He is survived by: his wife Sue Madison of Estherville, IA; his son Marquis Madison (Jill) of Fulda, MN; his grandchildren, Nicole Madison of Sioux Falls, SD, Tyler Madison (Karlie) of Brookings, SD, Emily Madison of Fulda, MN and Brady Madison of Fulda, MN; and his brothers, Jerry Madison (Janelle) of Estherville, IA and Eldon Madison (Joanie) of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and numerous friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Iowa Lakes Community College (300 S 18th St, Estherville, IA 51334). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
