He is survived by: his wife Margaret Smith of Ruthven; his children, Christy Rupp (Steve Oswald) of Beresford and Steve Derrickson (Chris) of Ruthven; his grandchildren, Brady Rupp (Courtney), Brandon Rupp, Hailey Sundall (Michael) and Ian Derrickson; his sister Donna Stribley (Gary) of Okoboji; and his nephew Gayland Burge (Jamie) of Wisconsin.
