With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jolene Schmidtke (Estherville, Iowa), who passed away on March 4, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bahr and Lucille Bahr (Gillett); her former husband Kenneth Dahl; her husband Charles Schmidtke; her daughter-in-law Sonya Dahl; her siblings, Trudy Bisgard and Albert Bahr; and her sister-in-law Marlene Bahr.

She is survived by: her children, Tammy Manwarren, Timothy Dahl, Troy Dahl, Todd Dahl and Trudy Manwarren (Gary); and her stepchildren, Chuck Schmidtke, Leanne Schmidtke, Scott Schmidtke and Cindy King. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
