It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney J Doty of Estherville, Iowa, born in Carroll, Iowa, who passed away on July 22, 2025, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerald Doty and Bethel Doty (Sigler); and his brother Ryan. He is survived by: his close friend Deanna Doty of Estherville; his children, Rodney Kurth, Randy Kurth, Tracie Kurth, Jessica Kurth, Leslie Gerke and Lynn Goettsch; and his siblings, Roger, Rick, Rachel, Rhonda, Randy, Twila, Jerry and Pat. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Henry-Olson Funeral Chapel-Estherville (401 N 7th St, Estherville, IA 51334).
