She is survived by: her mother Emma Jean Juergens (Schoeberl) of San Antonio, Texas; her husband Randy Welter of Evansdale; her children, Kaitlyn Welter (Ben) of Waterloo, Abigail Welter of Waterloo and James Welter (Ashley) of Cedar Falls; her siblings, Timothy (Miriam), James, Julie (Ron) and Teresa (Dan); and her grandchildren, Isaiah, Nickyah, Liam, Bryson, Amari'Ella, Omega, Theo and Cayde.
