She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Floyd Donaldson and Mayda Donaldson (Hoppe); her husband Rodney of Okoboji, IA; her son Mike (Gay) of Spencer, IA; her grandchildren, Brielle Bovee and Courtney Bovee (Steve Williams); her son Kal (Barb) of Webb, IA; her grandchildren, Leslie Lenzo (Justin) and Jason Bovee (Natasha); and her great grandchildren, Marcello, Matteo, Niccolò, Giovanni Paolo Lenzo, Fiona, Tristan and Aurora Bovee. She was also cherished by other relatives and friends.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
