She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Bobolz and Lucy Bobolz; her husband Stanley Thomsen (Rod); her parents-in-law, Fred and Jennie Thomsen; her granddaughter Hope Johnson; and her siblings, Leon Bobolz (Lois), Curt Bobolz (Mary Ann) and Darlene Lux (Dale).
She is survived by: her former husband Rod Thomsen; her children, Terry Thomsen (Pat) of Hartley, IA, Pat Thomsen of Milford, IA, Dan Thomsen (Paula) of Ankeny, IA and Lori Johnson (Neill) of Plymouth, MN.; her grandchildren, Leah Malmstrom (Lee), Ben Thomsen (Katy), Jake Thomsen (Mollie), Kyle Thomsen (Rachel), Emily Chisholm (Brian), Erin Thomsen and Charlie Johnson; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Jenna, Beau, Jace, Reece, Julia, Grant, Kaycie, Desiree, Teagan, Zachary, Alex and Evelyn; and her siblings, Gale Bobolz (Carol) and Linda Tewes (Larry).
But after suffering through Alzheimer's for the last few years, she knew it was time to be called home.
