He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Max and Beverly Arlene Carter (Exline); and his niece Isabelle Dooley. He is survived by: his wife Molly Davenport; his siblings, Johnny, Jason, Jeremy (Delin), Kim Garr and Tammy Dooley (Cary); his parents-in-law, Steve and Gayle Davenport; and his siblings-in-law, Amy DeVore (Scott) and Josh Davenport (Tara). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
