She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Kane and Irma Kane (Gletty); her husband Ralph Higgins; her son Brad "Willy" Higgins; and her grandsons, Corey Annis and Dylan Welsh.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Higgins (Mary) of Fairbank, Terry "Joe" Higgins (Denise) of Oelwein, Tammy Curley (Keith) of Fairbank and Sherry Annis (Denny) of Fairbank; her siblings, Delores Schares (Henry), Doris Randall, Rex (Glenda), Ronald, Ralph, Roger Kane and Dorothy Duffy; and her siblings-in-law, Verla Kane, Bev Kane, Lucky Roberts and Jack Duffy. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and one on the way, two great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
