She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Jones and Louise Jones (Morris); her spouse Dean Pettit; her siblings, Mildred Smith, Vernon Jones, Derald Hoel, Eddie Jones, Wayne Jones, Weldon Jones and Carl Smith; her siblings-in-law, Rudy and Helen Rogers (Pettit); and her niece Diane Rogers Brinkmeyer.
She is survived by: her children, Marcia Seddon (John) of Cincinnati, Glen Pettit (Patti Laughlin) of Douds and Gordon Pettit (Becca Roehrich) of Macomb, Illinois; her grandchildren, Sami Budiselich (George), Chloie Smith, Katie Owens (Japheth), Eric Pettit, Justin Pettit (Emily), Drew Pettit, Zech Pettit (Katherine) and Aly Pettit (Harmony); her great grandchildren, Calvin Smith, Calliope Lewis, Eleanor, Autumn, Azalea Owens, Ralph Stanley, Toby Comeaux, Eva Comeaux and Josephine Pettit; and her sisters-in-law, Leona Hoel, Carol Jones and Linda Jones.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church and mailed to Marcia Seddon 405 N. Liberty Cincinnati, IA 52549.
