He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank, Sr. Nicely and Frances Nicely (Wilhite); his parents-in-law, Harold, Sr. and Shirley Hahn; and his brothers-in-law, Harold, Jr. and John Hahn.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Hahn; his friend Frank; his children, Christopher Nicely (Cari) of Libertyville and Jennifer Nicely (Veronica) of Birmingham; his grandchildren, Kristina Love (Nate), Kenneth Nicely, Zachary Nicely, Chance Nicely, Matthew Burnstedt, Mitchell Burnstedt and Kristin Burnstedt; and his great grandchild Aria Love.
