He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gene Cubbage and Ruth Cubbage (Tensing); his wife Pamela McIntire of Batavia; his sons, Clay Cubbage (Carla) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Rob Cubbage (Kelly) of Bettendorf, IA; his grandchildren, Chase, Reese, Madison and James; and his sister Earla Jean Tedrow (Glenn) of Fairfield, IA.
