He is survived by: his wife Deanna; his children, Rachel Lewis (Mike) and Mike Lane (Jill); the mother of his children Valerie Harryman; his children, Teresa Kaylene and John Odell; his stepchildren, Shon Baxter (Michelle) and Shelly Baxter; and his sisters, Karen Gordon (Bob), Connie Gardner (Dave), Kathy Klett (Terry) and Pat Lathrop (Jack). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
