He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Gilbert Fisher and John L. Fisher; his wife Martha Fisher; and his siblings, Calvin, Hazel, Dorothy and Richard.

He is survived by: his brother Bill Fisher (Pat); and his children, Lonnie Fisher (Nellie), Kathy Decker (Dee), Linda Connelly (Leon) and Gary Fisher (Kamala). He is also survived by his family and the many friends.

Memorial contributions in Jack's honor may be directed to the Mt. Moriah Cemetery Association.
