He is survived by : his mother Mary Ann Cook (Dowd) of Fairfield; his sisters, Lori Fowler of Oskaloosa and Angie Mocol of Packwood; his nieces and nephews, Debra Fowler, Olivia Fowler, Rhyienne Fowler, Josh Mocol and Alex Mocol; and his aunt Marjean Shott.
