She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert F. Greiner and Rosa Greiner (Adam); her husband Norbert Joseph Hammes; her son Steve Hammes; her children-in-law, Rita Hammes and Dan Vorhies; her great grandchild Kaylynn Bollei; and her siblings, Madeline Mary, Edward, Marjorie and Robert.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Hammes of Fairfield, Rose Bollei (Dave) of Tiffin, Carol Vorhies of Monticello, John Hammes (Rhonda) of Fairfield, Barb Hammes (Jim Deutsch) of Fairfield and Mary Webb (Tony) of Batavia; her grandchildren, John Peiffer (Amy), Ann Peiffer, Jeff Hammes (Brenda), Laurie Haman, Shelly Schmit, Lonnie Bollei, Sue Manternach (Todd), Chris Vorhies (Randy Harris), Bill Vorhies (Megan), Trent Hammes (Crystal), Gavin Hammes (Amanda), Angie Hughell (Chuck Hunt), Mandy Pohren (Jeremy), JJ Hughell (Carissa), Darin Webb (Amanda Pichler) and Logan Webb (AJ); her sister Dorothy Weber of Washington; and her sister-in-law Frances Greiner of Washington.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Camp Courageous or St. Mary Catholic Church.
