He is survived by: his wife Linda Jones; his daughter Trista Macaulay (Sean); his grandsons, Peter and Ian Macaulay of San Anselmo, California; his siblings, Kristin Grevich (Dick) of Scottsdale, AZ and Robert Waag (Debi) of Tempe; his siblings' children, Justin Grevich (Sri), Tyson Waag (Nadya) and Essa Waag; his great-nephews, Milan and Nikhil; and his great-niece Zuri.
