It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Leroy Scotton of Fairfield, Iowa, who passed away on December 4, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Scotton and Vuda Scotton (Doss); his siblings, Lillie, Dwain, Pauline, Leo, Floyd, Cecil and Della; his close friend Bobby; Butch.
He is survived by: his children, Mona Scotton-Wolfbrandt, Robert Scotton (Cindy), Steven Scotton and Jeff Sell; and his pet Maddie. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Behner Funeral Home & Crematory (203 S Main St, Fairfield, IA 52556). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials can be made to Noah's Ark Animal Foundation in honor of Bob's love for Maddie, his four-legged companion.
