It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roland D. Wray of Fairfield, Iowa, who passed away on June 24, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, D. Leo Wray and Florence Wray; his wife Patsy Wray; and his sister Marilyn Coffey. He is survived by: his children, Lori Krewson (Greg) of Flower Mound, Thomas Wray (Lori) of Rocklin and Jean Yoder (Clark) of Washington, Iowa; his grandchildren, Jenna White (Joshua) of San Diego, Jeff Krewson of Flower Mound, Grady Wray (Sara), Zackary Wray (Caitlyn) of Lincoln, Gabriel Yoder of Jackson and Joshua Yoder (Amanda) of Tiffen, Iowa; and his great grandchildren, Adrian White and Kaia Yoder.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Prairie View Church (27131 IA-78, Ollie, IA 52576). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be directed to McPherson College Athletic Department, Pekin Sports Booster or Iowa REACH.
