She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Brennan and Viola Brennan (Hoppes). She is survived by: her husband Ray; her son Gregory (Cheri); her daughter-in-law Joke Vijakhanna; her children, Sahara, Lincoln, Stella and Timothy; her sisters, E. Mary Johnson of Macedonia and LeAnne Jarmolowicz (Richard) of Wattsburg, Pennsylvania; her sister-in-law Shareen Linton (John Linton); her siblings, Gayle Quam and Patrick Brennan; her brother-in-law Tom Johnson; her nephew Bradford D. White; her niece Annie Brennan Mahon; and her granddaughter Grace Eileen Karbacka. She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; 26 great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Fairfield Community Center or The African Violet Foundation and sent to the family at 2271 Walton Lake Dr. Fairfield, Iowa 52556.
