He was predeceased by: his parents, William Booth and Wilda Booth; and his sister Marilyn Booth. He is survived by: his wife Susan Swartzwelter; his son Jeremy Booth of Keosauqua, IA; and his sisters, Shirley Brown of Fairfield, IA. and Pat Booth of Fairfield, IA..
