He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray H. Schute and Mabel R. Schute (Coyle); and his brothers-in-law, Tom Kupensky and Norbert Hemesath. He is survived by: his siblings, Tom Schute of Farley, Suzanne Hemesath of Cedar Rapids and Sandra Kupensky of Farley; and his siblings' children, Michael Hemesath (Elizabeth), Timothy Hemesath, Lisa, Davel George, Jill Kovatsis (Pete), Lori Hemesath and Amy Schroeder (Chris).
