She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd George and Virginia Ellen Troutman (Proper); her husband Ronald Lee McIntosh; and her daughter Tina Renee Hattan. She is survived by: her children, Todd Brian McIntosh of Princeton, Texas and Gina Rae Lanman of Farmington, Iowa; her sisters, Marcia Ann Hendrichsen, Deborah Mae Levens and Alica Kay Garnett; her sister-in-law Donna Mae Hamberg; and her grandchildren, Brian McIntosh, Daniel McIntosh, Deborah Adam, Jessica Messier, Mark Lanman Jr., Taryn Hattan and Timmy Hattan. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
