Vernice M. Brink Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Vernice M. Brink of Farragut, Iowa. Vernice, born on August 13, 1933, passed away on July 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Benjamin and Esther Anna Elizabeth Herzberg (Wehmiller); her daughter Carla Hopkins; her in-laws, Elsie and Royal Brink; her brother Eldon (Shirley Herzberg); her nephew Jay Herzberg; and her brother-in-law John Payne.

She is survived by: her husband Russell Brink; her children, Roger Brink (Sherrie) of Farragut, Iowa, Brenda Brink (Curtis Burger) of Huxley, Iowa and Lisa Peck (David) of Elliott, Iowa; her son-in-law Bradley Hopkins of Norwalk, Iowa; and her sister Elaine Payne of Clarinda, Iowa. She is also survived by great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and friends.
