He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ouverson and Harriet Ouverson (Sprau); his great grandchild Adalynee Betts; his siblings, Jay, Jane, Jurine and Jarlyn (Bill Upchurch); his uncle Orlo; his father-in-law Albert Rasmussen; and his siblings-in-law, C. D. Austin, James Rasmussen (Winnie), Wilma and Leona.
He is survived by: his wife Verna Rasmussen; his children, Dan (Denise), Randy, Sherry and Daryl (Barb); his grandchildren, Brandi Betts (Adam), Ryan Woiwod (Shawna), Abby Van Den (Blake), Tanyan Woiwod, Jake Ouverson (Ashley) and Carly Ouverson; his great grandchildren, Jason, Keegan, Jackson, Owen, Emma Betts, Ryker Woiwod, Rayken, Rory, Ramsey Van Den Broeke, Jack and Josie Ouverson; and his sister Lynn Austin.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to St. Croix Hospice in Jack's memory.
