He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Rowley and Ethel Rowley (Rogers); his wife Agnes Rowley; and his siblings, Marilyn Vogler, Judy Pomranke and Kim Rowley.

He is survived by: his sons, Troy Rowley, Trent Rowley and Travis Rowley (Erica); his grandchildren, Tyler, Matthew (Ellie), Morgan, Brenna, Isaiah, Briar (Sarah), Parker and Tarynn; his great grandchild Karson; and his sister Connie Johanning (Loren).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Henry-Olson Funeral Chapel-Estherville (401 N 7th St, Estherville, IA 51334). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
