She is survived by: her sons, Brent William Kelso (Ronna) of Indianola and Derrek Reed Kelso (Karina) of Osceola, Iowa; her grandchildren, Liam, Annika Kelso of Indianola, Lydia and Alec Kelso of Osceola; her sisters, Karolyn Switzer of Payson, Arizona, Barbe Ratcliffe of Surprise and Brenda Bormann (Merrill) of Whittemore, Iowa; and her sisters-in-law, Kenlyn Kelso of Osceola and Joann Tompkins of Van Wert. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In Lieu of flowers, Sandye's family suggests memorials directed to her family for a fitting tribute to be decided later.
