He was predeceased by: his mother Frances Elizabeth Reed (Parker); and his brothers, Robert and Randy Reed. He is survived by: his father Vernon Leel; his wife Christine Lynn Reed (Smith); his daughters, Misty Carlson (TJ) of Jefferson City and Kim Howes (Bryan) of Fontanelle, Iowa; his sisters, Caroline Morgan, Connie Mylan and Cindy Scaglione; and his grandchildren, Hanna Carlson (Nathan), Jax Carlson and Bryanna Howes (Devin).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages you to share a story, take a loved one for a ride in the golf cart, or raise a toddy in his memory—just as he would've wanted.
