She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Owens and Mary Lena Owens (Furman); and her son-in-law William "Bill" Carpenter. She is survived by: her husband Jovencio "Ben" Celindro; and her children, Melinda Carpenter of Forest City, IA, Elenita Celindro of Forest City, IA, Joven Celindro (Kelly) of San Diego, CA, Frankie Celindro (Letissa) of Dana Point, CA and Nikko Celindro of Waterloo, IA. She is also survived by grandchildren and her many great-grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Schott Funeral Home (505 N Clark St, Forest City, IA 50436).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Frances Celindro memorial fund in care of the family.
