He was loved and cherished by many people including: his cousin Clifford; his close friend Ed Kirschbaum; his son Wade; his parents, Clarence and Othelia; his siblings, Margie Helen (Kenny), Clarence Jr., Carroll and Wayne; his father-in-law Merle Steinmetz; his wife Paulette; his daughter Valerie Malchow (Steve); his grandchildren, Joshua Malchow (Britta), Emily Malchow and Ethan Torkelson (Estrella); his daughter-in-law Dana Torkelson; his siblings, Bernice, Ronald (Lucille), Roger and Marsha; his sister-in-law Janice Torkelson; his mother-in-law Tharon Steinmetz; and his brother-in-law Terry Steinmetz (Joanne). He was also cherished by 5 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
