He is survived by : his wife Diane Carlson (Kipka) of Forest City; his daughter Crystal Carlson (Doug Stiles) of Treasure Island, FL; and his brothers, Rocky Carlson of Cambridge, MN and Ken Carlson of St. Cloud, MN. He is also survived by relatives; and many friends.
