He is survived by: his close friend Linda Graham; his son Patrick Graham (Jennifer) of Ankeny; his siblings, Don Kuykendall of Mason City and Debbie Kuykendall; his nephew David Kuykendall (Kendra); his niece Kristin Kuykendall (Bill); and also Ryder.
