He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Oulman and Andrina Oulman (Hylland); his wife Charlotte; his son-in-law David Schultz; his stepdaughter-in-law Theresa Thorland; and his stepgreat-grandson Henry Thorland.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Schultz of Johnston, IA and Randy Lee Oulman of Owatonna, MN; his stepsons, David Thorland and Stephen Thorland (Amy) of Thompson; his grandchildren, Jason Carolus (Jackie), Laurie Atkins (Brian) and Dawn Schellinger (Matt); his stepgrandchildren, Tonnes Thorland (Katie) and Tristan Thorland (Tabitha); his stepgreat-granddaughter Emma Thorland; and his brothers, Ray Oulman (Marlene) and Jim Oulman (Sharon). He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Bethany Lutheran Church in Thompson, IA in memory of Dick Oulman.
