She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilhelm Amundson and Clara Amundson; her husband Harry Carpentier; her siblings, Blanch, Orva and Curtis; and her son Ronly.
She is survived by: her sons, Lennis (Linda) and Galyn (Susan); her granddaughters, Serena Golwitzer (Brian) and Molly Griglak (Michael); her great grandchildren, Thone, Brice, Melia Golwitzer, Taleah and Ralph Griglak; and her sister-in-law Norma Adams. She is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Immanuel Lutheran Church Quilters, Good Samaritan Society – Forest City, Forest City Food Bank, or the donor's choice.
