She was predeceased by: her husband Steve Sindelar of Fort Atkinson; her parents, Fred Koch and Mildred Koch; her parents-in-law, Stan and Myrna Sindelar; her brother Jim Koch; and her sister-in-law Cheryl Koch.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Sindelar (Mary) of Fort Atkinson, Lynn Sindelar of Fort Atkinson and Lori Eberhard (Barry) of Waterloo; her grandsons, Brandon and Benjamin Eberhard; her sister-in-law LaVonne Koch of West Union; and her siblings, Arlene Soppe (Leon) of West Union, Ellen Helming (Bob) of Sioux Falls and Bill Koch. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Calmar Lutheran Church (200 East St, Calmar, IA 52132).
