He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Geerdes and Bertha Geerdes; and his brother Eugene Geerdes. He is survived by : his wife Sharon Harmon; his sons, Matthew (Lori) of Phoenix, AZ and Marc (Lauren) of Phoenix, AZ; and his sister Beverly McCreary. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many friends.
