He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton "Newt" Williams and Bessie Williams (Trotter); his daughter Leah Rae Wilson; his wife Ruth Miller; and his sister Edna (Williams).
He is survived by: his children, Eric Williams, Jason Williams, Nina Williams-McGee, Dorothy Williams and Jeremy Williams; his adoptive son Don Small; and his siblings, Pearl Wilson, Newton "Spoony" "Junior" Williams, Mary Ruth Bashir and Dorothy Bodady. He is also survived by four stepchildren; twenty grandchildren; twenty-four great grandchildren.
