She is survived by: her sons, David Prelip (Jona) of Fort Dodge, Dwight Prelip of Savage, MN and Derek Prelip (Cathleen) of Fort Dodge; and her caregiver Aide. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
