Powell; his stepmother Shirley Powell; his stepsons, Jason Roper of Payton, Dallas Roper of Farmville and Randell Roper of Gowrie; his stepsiblings, Tina Summers, Tammy Lowrey and Ricky Nelson; and his grandchildren, Aubrey, Aireana, Madison, Karson, Linken, Tripp, Gwen and Brexton.
