She was predeceased by: her parents, John Malloy and Edna Malloy (Smerdon); her sisters, Nancy Malloy and Beth Kinseth; and her grandchildren, Jared and Jordan Mundie.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Mitchell; her children, Lauri Mundie (Brian) of Fort Dodge, Klete Geren (Ginger) of Ankeny and Lincoln Geren of Ankeny; her grandchildren, Joseff, Jondahl, Kristin (Shane), Matthew (Melanie), Jacob, Thomas, William, Alexander and Landon; her great grandchildren, Ella, Tate, Max, Paisley, Rhett, Graham and Norah; her siblings, John Malloy (Les) of Sun City, FL and Coralie Tracey of Coalville, IA.; and her former husband John Geren.
