He is survived by: his wife Donna Levine; his stepson Steve Levine (Joy); his stepgrandchildren, Elayna and Jonas; his stepdaughter Susan Levine; his children, Kathy Blome and Garrett Savery (Brenda); his grandchildren, Courtney Friest (Terry), Jon Hager (Nicole), Chris Blome (Abby) and Ellie Urlaub (David); his great grandchildren, Michaela (Seth), Brant (Paige), Thain, Karli, Gage, Cali, Caden, Mary, Molly, Maddy, Heidi and Hanna; his great great grandchildren, Georgia and Stevi; and his brother Richard of Pella. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (1111 5th Ave N, Fort Dodge, IA 50501). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the North Lawn Cemetery (2201 N 15th St, Fort Dodge, IA 50501).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be left to the discretion of the family.
