He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Crouch and Mary Lou Crouch; his grandparents, Lyle and Rhoda Dankel; and his brother-in-law Micheal Miller.
He is survived by: his sisters, Louise Crouch of Fort Dodge, IA, Donna Miller of Hampton, IA and Nancy Baker of Webster City, IA; his nieces, Becky Martinez (Jacobo) of Hampton, IA and Tina Deckard (Lindell) of Kansas City, MO; his friend Melinda Gunther of Fort Dodge, IA; and his pet Angel.
