She is survived by: her children, Jayson Louk (LeAnn) of Webster City, Mindy Simmons of Fort Dodge and Chris Louk (Megan) of Hampton; her grandchildren, Taylor, Brock, Joey, Dylan, Shelby, Austin, Brayden, Lexi, Tess, Emily and Katie; and her sister Mary Jean Farrand of Fort Dodge.
