She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Horn; her son-in-law Wally McCubbin; her brothers, Joe, Dan and Wayne McMahon; and her parents, Joe McMahon and Inga McMahon.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Horn (Celine) of New Brighton, MN, Greg Horn (Connie) of Fort Dodge, Maureen McCubbin of Liberty, MO, Mary Herrmann (Brian) of Eagle Grove, Mark Horn (Robin) of Gilbert, AZ and Carolyn Nelson (Chad Street). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Friendship Haven or Holy Trinity Parish, both of Fort Dodge.
