She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Shultz and Helen Shultz (Chenowith); her husband Dr. Gary LeValley; her brothers, John and Dennis; and her son-in-law Steve Nagle.
She is survived by: her children, Lori VanKirk (Kirk) of Panora, IA, Sheryl Schultz (Robert) of Eagle, CO, Kimberly Nagle of Flower Mound, TX and Bradley (Rachel) of Fort Collins, CO; and her sister Mary Shultz. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to Friendship Haven, Unity Point Hospice, or First United Methodist Church of Fort Dodge.
