She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis "Frank" James and Irene Bernice Mahan (Marr); her son Tony Douglass; and her siblings, Frank Mahan and Shirley Mahan.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Douglass Jr. (Jennifer) of Fort Dodge, Terry Douglass of Primghar, IA and Melissa Wiley (Bill) of Emmetsburg, IA; her grandchildren, Phillip Douglass (Grayson), Branden Wiley, Felicia Beekman (Tommy), Vanessa Hopkins (Chandler), Kyra Douglass, Joseph Douglass (Abbie), Ben Douglass, Breanna Douglass and Darian Marsh; her great grandchildren, Elijah, Bianca, Matthias, Atticus, Ozais, William, Matthew, Kingston, Kinnick, Kinsley, Teran, Talen, Lincoln, Cheyan, Chloe, Hazelee and Draven; and her brother Don Mahan (Pat) of Colorado.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lighthouse Ministries (1333 4th Ave N, Fort Dodge, IA 50501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
