He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his son Jon Todd Sandeline of Fort Dodge; and his sisters-in-law, Gale (Chris Castner), Nancy Thompson (Mike) of Le Mars, Rae Thompson (Garland) of Storm Lake, Teresa Koch (Jon) of Latimer and Lynne Thompson of Aplington.
