He is survived by: his wife Cheryl "Sue" Cunningham; his stepchildren, Christine Jondle (Rusty) of Fort Dodge, Stephanie Chase (Kerry) of Livermore, CO, Teresa Swanson (Eric) of St. Louis, MO and Kevin Swanson of San Francisco, CA; his sisters, Kieran Einwalter (Jerry) of Fort Dodge and Sheila Cunningham of Peoria, AZ; his grandchildren, Taylor, Kennedy, Olivia, Weston, Amelia, Hudson, Quinton and Charlie; and his great grandchildren, Matix, Kaia, Hayes and Izara.
