She was predeceased by: her son Michael Algoe (Douglas "Babe"); her parents, Nathan Abbott and Lora Abbott (Rhoer); and her siblings, Daisy Kiewiet, Ruth Johnson, Helen Zenor, Dale Abbott and Chester Abbott.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas Algoe of John's Lutheran Church. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, many great and great great nieces and nephews.
